Intel announced the acquisition of separating semiconductor company Microsystems. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected in the third quarter of 2011, are not disclosed.
Fulcrum Microsystems designs Ethernet switch silicon for suppliers of network data center. Support in providing connection device for storage, computing and network adapter and connect applications in the United States and internationally.
