Citrix today announced two investments.
The company is the support for Graymatics, a stealth startup that builds Cloud platform for analysis, based on the content, video and other digital media files, and Gizmox Visual WebGui developer web, cloud and mobile delivery platform.
Graymatics investment marks the fourth funding commitment for the accelerator to run Citrix, the company on the basis of the Silicon Valley seed investment initiative, which started in December 2010. Investment funding commitments should be Primadesk, stealth mode companies and major mobile networks.
Gizmox investment is of greater strategic importance for Citrix. As part of the deal the companies will work together on solutions that enable enterprises to deliver existing and new applications rapidly expanding set of devices with support for HTML5.
Gizmox in VWG technology based on data from enterprise applications to run on HTML5 web, Cloud and mobile application platforms without plug-ins.
At the age of three, said his Gizmox VWG software has been downloaded more than 1 000 000 times and more 35000 VWG application say already in production at organizations such as SAP, IBM, Visa, Thomson Reuters, Shell, Texas Instruments and a good year.
